5.5 Inserting the Feed Connector

Insert the feed connector pins into
the cavity that you created with
the inducer (backside of PCB). PCB Insertion Placement
The silicone gasket is attached on the feed connector.

PVC Tape
NEVER insert into the front side
(LED side) of the PCB

Correct Operation:
The pins must be inserted into the BACKSIDE of
the PCB.

The operations on the right are prohibited:

Insert into the front side of the PCB Insert crosswise into the PCB Insert crosswise into the PCB

5.6 Screws Fixation for Front Connector Tighten the screws according to the screw tightening
sequence so that the connector does not become
skewed in any direction, and take care not to
over tighten the screws.

Please energize the light to check its
functionality and do waterproof Screw Tightening Sequence
reliablity testing (refer to "waterproof
reliability testing instruction" video)
after connector assembly.
Locking Screw Torque: 3-4KGF/CM
